This Piece Unique No. 12585 from Audemars Piguet is a good example of the brand's reputation in Haute Hologerie. This piece sold in 1923 is a Grand Complication pocket watch, containing some of the most challenging complications in watchmaking to execute - such as the Chronograph, Perpetual Calendar, Moon Phase, Minute and Quarter Repeater. This unique piece is crafted in 18K yellow gold with a classic design typified by a white enamel dial, stylized with Arabic numerals, 3 auxiliary dials for indication of the days of week, date, months and leap years, and a central hand for the Chronograph.
This piece belong to Ali Nael's private collection, with a unique enamel monogram at the caseback. The monogram is a family monogram of the collector in 1923.
